The Level Up Ambassador Program is a structured initiative where university students work directly alongside our team to plan, produce, and promote everything Level Up does in HCMC.
You won't just be helping at events — you'll be learning the craft behind them. Every ambassador is trained, mentored, and given real ownership over their work.
Level Up is a non-profit founded in 2024 by native English-speaking American professionals from engineering, business, marketing, and design, united by a shared belief in empowering the next generation in Ho Chi Minh City.
This is a young and growing program. We are building this together with our ambassadors. Your ideas and energy will genuinely shape what it becomes.

What We Ask
- 1 Be a current university student in HCMC
- 2 Attend all Level Up events — typically 1 to 2 per month
- 3 Join one planning meeting per month, usually 2–3 hours
- 4 Show up with curiosity, energy, and commitment
