Mentorship Tracks
We offer a variety of mentorship tracks for a 3-session course with one of our mentors, from academic to character to life skills. When you sign up to get a mentor, you can choose from any of these options!

Learn how to respond well to anxiety and stress with clear thinking techniques such as acceptance commitment therapy, RRAR acronym, and more.

How can we take care of life, have fun, and reach meaningful goals without being overly stressed on the journey? Time management is a piece of that puzzle.
This is what we will cover:
1. How to be in control of what you do or don’t do, instead of over or under-reacting
2. Making progress towards the art of stress-free productivity
3. How to focus and become more efficient with your time.

Learn how to grow in emotional resilience as you encounter life's challenges and stresses. Through the useful tips and strategies offered in this workshop, you can have a shift in your mindset, emotions, and approach to trials and difficulties.

Meet your mentor at a cafe
For your first meeting, meet at a cafe in HCMC and get to know your mentor.
Attend meet-ups with your mentor
During the course, you can meet online or in-person. It’s based on your availability.
Pick another mentorship track
After the three sessions, you are free to choose another mentorship track. It’s up to you!
